Are you a fan of all things cookies and cream? A cookies & cream cake layers are white cake with cookie pieces mixed in. Iced with cookies & cream icing. We then trim with Oreo cookie crumbs on the sides before topping with buttercream rosettes and Oreo cookie halves. For finishing touches, we drizzle the top with a chocolate drizzle.
