Are you a fan of all things cookies and cream? A cookies & cream cake layers are white cake with cookie pieces mixed in. This is iced with white icing inside and cookies & cream icing outside.We then trim with Oreo cookie crumbs on the sides before topping with buttercream rosettes and Oreo cookie halves. For finishing touches, we drizzle the top with white and dark chocolate.
